Its great you were able to "connect" with and older person who has so much to share. I did home health aid work for a while and had this old couple that I vicited. Actually he was the pacient. They were dirt poor and had always been,but had lived some of the most amasing life stories you can imagine. I will never forget how sweet they were(when they wanted to be)lol. They may not have had much but they were my favorite people to visit. I still think of them often and miss them.
