Ok so I tried 3 different baggy/rubber glove/ methods but baby wasn't takin it(probably doesn't compare after having the real thing ) but I did find the feeding syringe I use for any baby birds I end up with during summer(starlings robins etc) and blended/mashed seed, peas, some high protein dog feed, and some soft banana into a mix! Already seems to have caught on! Only got his crop around half full for the moment but it works and he got fed! I'll check to make sure crops empty before feeding again. Poops currently at consistency of what I'd call a baby robin poop (pretty solid but moist) brown/green color but it's at regular intervals

he's warm and napping currently post a pic in bit! Ps how active should they be? I'm only experienced in songbirds who are practically immobile in the nest at this age but he seems to wake up a waddle about and fall back asleep regularly.
