"Does it snow in India?"
Yes. It snows in the north west part of India, just like it snows in the north part of the United States. They have ski resorts, passes that close due to snow, and snow tires, and snow ploughs. Not everywhere in India, in the north west. However, those locations are very, very popular vacation spots and see a great many visitors from other parts of India. I doubt that any nationality in the world goes on vacations more than Indians.
And actually, most Indians are very well educated, learn English from their first years in school, and are very well aware of what snow is. Additionally, elephants are no longer the main form of transportation in India.
However, the conversation was very difficult for anyone to understand unless they understand the slang and jargon the person was using, and that's unlikely.
There is no guarantee that a call center is in India. It could be anywhere. It could even be in the US, even.
I can't understand people from Florida, either.
