I don't have roos either, but I have had a dominant hen mount a very submissive hen, and the effect is the same - some of the feathers get scratched off. Keep an eye out.
I separated the submissive hen into a dog crate for a while to let her heal, but kept the crate in the coop so they could all interact through the wire. Things settled down after a while. The dominant hen realized she didn't need to prove herself, and the submissive hen learned to stay away from her. Now everybody gets along fine.
