right now I am fine with 7 but, I kinda want some barred rocks.......

I started out with ordering 25 roosters for meat birds, got 2 hens in the bunch, so we kept 1 rooster and 2 hens, then ordered 25 assorted and got a bunch of different chickens, that was 4 years ago and now we have over 100, and 5 guineas, and 3 ducks, about 30 guinea eggs in the incubator, and 5 turkeys coming, and 10 more chicks coming! I finally got all the kinds I wanted, barred rocks, dominiques, white crested black polish, sultans, silver laced wyandottes, silver spangled hamburgs, black cochins, and lots more! I am in poultry heaven!!!

I am not in poultry heaven yet I NEED ducks, geese, and barred rocks!

It seems that the more you get the more you want. I am officially done with baby chicks this spring. I have NO more room for them.

Dear Lord, please give me the will power to keep driving when I go by the feed store. And if I need feed please give me the will power to not buy any chicks. And if that does not work, Lord, please let me expand my chicken run. Amen
