I just added a banty cochin to my little flock (now 4 birds). The others are standards. The banty is about 9 weeks old & the others are ~5. She's about the same size as them and I think will be the head bird. She doesn't really run as much as gallop after the others. She has a twisted beak & looks funny but she has a sweet personality. She always looks like a southern belle with a large hoop skirt. She's so little - there's really not that much to her. It's surprising when you picj her up b/c she looks like a bowling ball but she's all feathers.
