Someone dumped this guy in my driveway

I don't have any birds like this so help me out:
I believe it's a roo, he has extra toes and they are feathered.
He's rather short but not a bantam.
Fairly calm and very hungry.

He can stay, not a problem.
I'll keep him separate but he may have already fraternized with mine across the fence.
He is pretty nice/not challenging but he'll need to settle in before he shows his true personality. He was not afraid of the dog and not very panicky when I caught him.
Waldorf? That'll work...I usually name them for someone at work but Waldorf he is!.

You can name him whatever you want, he's your chicken!😅 Waldorf is the perfect mix of stately and ridiculous and he looks very...respectable but those eye brows...
