Someone near us had laying hens for sale and sold us these. Are these both hens? Picture included. They said they were about around 6 to 7 months old.

Thank you so much! I am pretty excited to have them. I hope they integrate well with my others in a month, one of them is pretty tiny for 6/7 months old compared to my 8 month hens I have as well as my year old ones so I wonder if it is of the bantam variety.

Definitely, both females. I'd guess they are mixed. Possibly with Egyptian Fayoumi, Silver-laced Wyandotte, Cream Crested Legbar, etc.

Okay thank you. The people we got them from all they said was they have a French black rooster that they hatched these from and they don't know what they were either bc they had several hen mixes. I think they are adorable, the black one is pretty tiny for 6/7 months old compared to mine I had at that age. They are both very sweet but the white one is just a little flighty lol.
