Someone please help!

Those arent feathers yet, but this chicks fluff i guess. Am i right? If yes, she's young. I can't tell a thing about sinuses (between eyes and beak) :/ are they swollen?
I don’t believe she is young. The feather are just old she in the middle of molting. Her feather look different because I believe she is a Silkie Frizzle mix. And as far as I see she isn’t swollen at all. But she does has heavy breathing with cracklings noise

her wattles looks tiny, and she looks small to (maybe thats just the way the photo presents her). Stinky nasal discharge is one of coryzas symptoms, along with swollen sinuses/eye area (which yourhen doesn't have), crackling sound and foamy eyes. Try making some research about this bad-smelling thing coming out of her nose and coryza. Does she breath with an open beak?

All those are present but she doesn’t breath with her beak open

As im not specialist in chicken diseases i can only advise you to make some research about coryza and other respiratory diseases with similiar symptoms. Maybe go to veterinnarian if possible. Hope your hen is going to be okay.

Ideally, she would go in to see a vet who can help you diagnose what’s going on with her and prescribe appropriate treatments for her. Depending on where you are located in this world, you may be able to get antibiotics to put in the water over the counter without having to see a veterinarian, if it’s not an option.

Some birds will benefit from vapour, the same as people when we’re stuffed up. So turn the shower on hot, close the door, and bring her in the room to sit and breathe in the steam. :) this won’t fix the problem but may make her feel a bit more comfortable.

regardless of the cause of her respiratory symptoms, she’ll need some help to feel better. And some good quality feed to help her grow those feathers back!

How is your hen? Is she alright?
Doing somewhat Okay. My mom gave her a shot of tylan50 and I’ve been adding VetRX to her water and nostril to help her breath better. My mom rub Vicks around her neck which help as well. So right now she’s Justin resting and looking ugly as ever lol. I, pretty sure she a cute hen she’s just had a bad start
