My Duck eggs have a darker yolk and are richer also. I could never eat my ducks but have had to give them to a friend when I was not able to rehome my Drakes. Too many drakes are like too many Roosters. lol

That's neat that you wife is a teacher. She is valuable to us. I am a school bus driver. I have done that for many years and love the kids.
