App on iPhone and PC on web.
It was the same issue on both. Right now it is working on both.

Yesterday late afternoon and evening I was having the exact same problem as you on my android phone. My internet signal was good. And today is back to normal; no problems at all. I would also need an idiots guide due to my computer knowledge deficit, so am very glad issue has resolved for both of us.

Thanks. Yes I do keep it updated. I already rebooted both phone and PC and now the problem is intermittent on both.
I will read the link on clearing cache next.
