Something hanging from ducks behind

Hey can someone please help me on what is wrong with my duck. Not sure if male or female but I noticed something pink and round hanging from his behind. Haven’t seen it before. What is it? What can I do to help??

Looks like she has a prolapsed vent. Could you bring her inside on some clean towels, and post another clear, up-close photo of her vent area?
