Something is blocking chick's vent. Help!

Hello,
Something is blocking this 3 day old chick's vent. I do not know what it is, but it seems to be blocking her poop from coming out. She hastn't pooped at all since she hatched. What do I do?

Its a bit hard to tell with your photos but I think it may be pasty but.-common in chicks when poop builds up and clogs the vent. It can be life threatening if left untreated.(usually caused by stress or over heating in the brooder.) You need to wash it off and break it up gently. Be sure to check all your chicks for it because there may be more that have it.

That is not the vent it is the umbilical area, if you pull it off the guts will come out and it will die. Leave it be.

The vent is directly under the tail.
