Something is extremely wrong

I have been taking care of my hen, she recently had an impacted crop. However, now her crop has been empty for the last 3 days, and don't have an idea why. She's been eating boiler feed (for high protein), 6-grain (to help gain some weight back). She has been interested in eating and drinks. She has nibbled throughout the day.
I just gave her some beef broth to eat least give her some nutrition. I weighted her and she's 2.75lbs (she was 4lbs on July 30th) so it's been 2 weeks..
I'm not sure what to do since she's the only breed in the flock. She is seperated from the rest of the flock.

Get some Nutri Drench or Rooster Booster Poultry Cell instead of the beef broth.
IMO stop the grain, it would be harder for her to digest. Are you supplying girt?

How old is she?
What breed?
When was the last time she laid? Is sheating/drinking/pooping?
How's her poop?
How is her activity level?
How did you treat the impacted crop?
When you state her crop has been empty for 3 days, is that from morning to night?

buff/Golden Sexlink Mix
She's eating, drinking and pooping
Her had moderate activity level
For the impacted crop I gave her olive oil and massaged her and she would drink a lot of water which seemed helped her with the process.
I check the crop mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Her poop has been more solid than it has been.
I would say Beginning of July was the last time she laid.

Have you checked to see if she's egg bound?
Still think you should stop the grain IMO. The broiler feed try moistening it, making like a mash/oatmeal consistancy, you can try some scrambled eggs, tuna, mealworms for extra protein.

Losing weight and the impacted crop could both be from a cancer tumor. If she continues to lose weight and becomes lethargic, it's what I would suspect.

But before jumping to that dire conclusion, focus on building her weight back up as @ChickNanny13 suggests. Weigh her every few days to see if she's gaining or losing. If gaining, albeit slowly, she's probably going to recover. But if she continues to lose weight, then it would look more like cancer.

I did check to see if she was egg bound, which was my first thought since she's the best egg layer. I was reading to add a little water to their food. I have stilled water already since I normally ferment the feed.
Hour later, she's chowing down with her feed water mixture. She's seem do be better, won't let me go near her food container at the moment.
