something is up with my cochin cockerel...

my almost 3 month cockerel hasnt been moving much.. he is eating and drinking yet just sits under the chair. he can walk well if i lure him with a treat, or if a bigger chicken scares him away, or if he just wants to. but most of the time, he would just stand under the chair. i have seen him almost shivering, not sure if he is. the weather is pretty wet but not cold. i think that it might just be part of a cochins behaviour as they are quite slow moving. he is my first cochin however. i have recently moved him into an outside coop, but not into a new flock. anyone have anything to say? i am quite emotionally attached to him. thanks!!

Any possibility that some bird in the flock is picking on him?

not at all, he is the top of the pecking order. i must say, he is quite brutal to one of them so i squirt him with a water gun or hold him by the legs. maybe thats another way of being oicked on?!
