I have two Bantams (1 rooster, 1 hen) and I need them to mate so I can start a farm, but when ever he gets on top of her to mate with her she loudly squawks and successfully runs away from him, (she is 8-10 months old and he is 4-5 months old) does anybody have an idea to make him successfully mate with her?

You just have to wait. He will eventually mate with her successfully but since he is younger he will take a bit longer to figure it out. Hope I helped, this is what happened with my chickens at first but now the rooster knows what to do and I get tons of fertilized eggs to incubate. :) Hope I helped!

Please be patient. Your cockerel is much too young to start your "farm". He's only just now starting to develop hormones that govern his drive to mate. They are confusing to him since it makes his world look different all of a sudden. He needs another six months at least to get his footing.

Then there's the issue of depending on the quality of his sperm to fertilize eggs. If it's your plan to develop breeding stock, you aren't going to have the best genetics until he's matured some. Wise breeders wait until a cockerel is at least one year old. Seasoned breeders wait longer than that.

Nature will take it's course & they'll figure it out.
Thanks, but my hen I've had for at most 8 months and ever since I got her, her only friend was me, we cuddle and hug, basically I treat her like a dog. I've only had the rooster for a week, could that be something?

Well, some how he got to our non bantam hen, she laid a fertile egg.
