This happened to me when my hen laid her first egg

That could be it because two of the hens hadnt started laying yet

Not a lash egg. Egg was normal i cracked it n had a normal yolk. All i can guess is that it was the hens first egg like what sydney20023 said happened with hers

Yes, after the first egg all of the later ones turned out completly normal
