Hi All,
My name is Summer. I have had chickens for a couple of months now and have had no problems. All of a sudden two chickens have been drug from the coop and out of the run and down the driveway. I see feathers in mounds going under the fence and trails off. What is so stealth that the dog won't even stop it or can't even possibly smell it?

Sorry that you have lost your chicken's. Do you have a camera set up to see what is getting them, or have you by chance taken pictures of the animal's print's that you can post so people might be able to help you identify the predator?

Your coop should be predator-proof to prevent further losses. Are there any holes in your coop that need to be repaired? Keeping a door on the coop at night is also necessary.
Do you think it is nocturnal predators killing your chickens?
