Something strange happened...should I be worried?

I honestly do not think it is a calcium issue. Usually I have to hit her eggs two or three times to get them to crack open because they are so hard. I have put oyster shell out in the past, but none of the girls ever touched it so I pulled it. They have a great diet of layer feed, grass/seed/bugs, and a daily "treat" of sunflower seeds, mealworms, and/or scrambled eggs with crushed egg shell mixed in. I also give them oregano and put ACV in their water to boost their immune system. I have read new layers can do weird things, but she has been laying perfect eggs daily for over 2 months now and I find it strange the weird eggs would just be starting now.

I'll put some back out and see what happens. All my girls lay eggs with excess calcium deposits on the shell, though. Would a calcium deficiency cause her to pass egg material every 12 hours though?

Thank you, chickens really!
Just to update she came out with the others this morning and scratched around for about 10 minutes then went off by herself and is laying in a pile of weeds. She clearly doesn't feel well. :(

I have just spent an hour on the phone trying to find a vet that will see her, and there is no one in a 100 miles radius that treats chickens. Incredibly frustrating! One receptionist said it sounds like she's egg bound...does it sound like that to any of you? She did lay a regular egg yesterday morning.

I went out to get her to put her in a crate, she got up and started walking around and dropped a regular poop, so I opened the gate to let the other girls out to free range and she followed...slowly. She pecks at the ground then will stand on one leg for a few, then walk a little farther. If this is egg bound will I be able to feel an egg if I go up her vent?
