Something stuck in ducks throat!?

This morning one of my sweet ducks was acting very strange. I took her in to look at her and the one thing that I think is wrong(by the way she is acting) is something is stuck her throat. I looked in her mouth but couldn’t see anything. Maybe it is further down. She is kinda eating. Still drinking and pooping too. She is slinging her neck around like they do when they have something in there throat. No sure what I should do. I am considering a vet but wanted to know if I can do anything before I take her. Thanks!

Nope. I am afraid it maybe a string twisted inside and I can’t feel it.

Kinda like shaking it. If you have ever seen a duck try to get something out of its throat that’s what she is doing.

Same here! If things get worse we will for sure make our way to the vet.

I have thought that it was maybe that but she is acting like something is stuck in her throat so I have no idea.

Yeah there is a vet here that will see ducks. They are actually doing a leg amputation of my friends duck Thursday. They know what they are doing. I am going to call tomorrow and get things settled. Thanks!
