has anyone seen anything like this before?

She was getting around normally but I noticed she had a floppy comb so I checked her over and found this.

It looks to me like it could be a lash egg that’s stuck? There’s no blood. Appears to be soft but I haven’t been able to feel it yet. There’s a small amount of poop coming out around the blockage, but hardly anything. She’s still drinking.

Going to do an Epsom salt bath first. If it doesn’t come out I’m nervous about manually removing it, incase it is a lash egg and it breaks inside her and spreads more infection.

We don’t have any vets here that treat chickens.. I have various human antibiotics here and all the chicken first aid supplies. Just not 100% sure what I’m dealing with here?

Is this a layer hen or her first "egg"?

The Epsom salt bath might do the trick.

If she doesn't lay it from that, I'd give her a Calcium +D pill, whole. Just open her beak and pop it in...she'll eat it.

Let us know how she is after the bath.

Oh, and welcome to BYC!

How soft?
I think it looks like egg yolk. Maybe an egg without a shell or a broken shell?

I cant help you with a treatment. Just an advise not to treat it with serious medication if you are not sure what caused the problem.

What did you find out?
Often the only way to know what something is, is to physically examine the bird and/or object.

It's very hard to tell what that is in the photo since it's not a clear photo.

It may be a lash egg.

If she's having a hard time expelling the material, hopefully she has by now, but I would get Calcium Citrate+D3 into her asap and then once daily. Aim for at least 300mg which is 1 tablet, pop it right into the beak.
