Hi so I noticed yesterday that my little pullet who is 9 weeks old leg was funny. Now she's kinda tipsy when she walks. I brought her inside so I could see where the problem is and I'm wondering if she got an injury. It looks like it is the uppper part of her leg rather than the bottom and toes. Like the part of the leg that is still feathered. She seems fine otherwise though, like bright eyed and active. Trying to eat and drink and stuff.
I have her vaccinated against Marek's disease. And I guess that can be screwed up probably or not helpful all the time. But none of the other chicks are acting weird and the other one of her breed is fine.
I feed them all chick starter/grower feed. With chick grit and they free range all day everyday.
I have a tree branch as a roost in there and she is always roosting every night, so she can still fly. But could she have injured it hopping down from the roost?
