Something wrong with my chicken

Anybody know why My chicken had its esophagus in its mouth and swallowed it back. Someone please tell me whats wrong with my chicken.

How could its esophagus get In its mouth as it's basically the birds throat?
I am confused, pics would be helpful

Well this morning it looked like he had a liver dangling in his mouth it was scary.

Well i looked it up and it said that he got an allergic reaction when eating a bee and it looked like its esophagus, but this morning i went to look at him and he had something big and red in its mouth it kind of looked like its liver.
