I'm new to the chicken hobby since I hatched a few EE on Easter... Is there something wrong with my pullets? Does this lady look normal to you? The back feathers are weird in my opinion... Any feedback would be helpful, what do you see? Doesn't seem like she's "chubby" when I touch her and doesn't appear to be any bumps on her tail...

It's just the appearance of the back feathers that's a concern for you?

Perhaps the saddle feathers appear strange due to her stance. Her tail is held low, and that may be causing her "bustle" to bunch up.

Holding the tail low like that while standing can signal a hen that isn't feeling well.

Yes, I've never had chickens before and out of the small flock I have she seems different. seems she's always held her tail low... Her wings aren't always tight to her body either, maybe she isn't feeling well. Do you suggest anything? Do I let her be and keep an eye on her, could it be she since she's still a juvenile she's just growing still?

Yes, I would closely monitor her. Notice how much she is eating and if her crop is full at night when she roosts. Check her crop again first thing in the morning to be sure it's emptied completely overnight.

Monitor her poop. Being young, it should be solid and round. Has she begun to lay yet? She may be getting ready to lay her first egg.
