Somethings wrong and I don't know what- help!

Austro my favorite chicken Is acting wierd. Here are the symtoms- He is yawning and shaking his head, he has runny, gassy, stinky poo, and his feathers are falling out on the sides of his head. Here are some pictures if that helps. Please help me, this has never happened before.

has he ever been wormed? if so, how long has it been?

I'd check him closely for external parasites, but he kind of looks like he is going through a molt. Mites and lice can also cause feather loss. Has your weather been hot? This can cause the loose stools. Karen

I've never heard of a chicken being "wormed", is it terribly important it be done? And what would external parasites look like? Now that I look at him closely I do notice he is missing alot of feathers so she likely is moulting. That doesn't explain the yawning though...
