something's wrong HELP!!!!!

Cant really see in that picture. If it is an adult, my guess it a prolapse.
Do a search on it, there is a lot of information on how to take care of it.
 
I have had prolapses make it and some not (if that is what it is you have here). Here is a link, look down to dlhunicorns post. She has lots of experience if that is what it is. To fix it, you have to be proactive, it will not go away on its own. There is a picture on this also to help confirm if that is what is going on with your girl.

You need to try and get a better pic if you can.

If she has a prolapse clean the area really good with warm water, and try and push that back in. You can use vasiline to help push it back. After you get it pushed back in coat it really good with preparation h, just make sure it does not have pain reliever in it. Good luck. She should be ok as long as it stay's in, and it may take you doing this more than one time.
