Somethings Wrong with my Roosters Leg?

I’m not quite sure if it is I know he never uses it & it’s not dragging,but he doesn’t pull it up either. Tomorrow I will take a picture of him if it don’t rain here again.

Does his leg appear to be paralyzed?

maybe,and did he get it stuck in anything?because that could have done a number on his leg.

No he never got it stuck in any thing.
