Somethings wrong with my sumatra

my poor sumatra tanaga, shes feels terrible! she has a runny nose and she has a rash of some sort. the rash might be a mosquito bite but i'm not sure, i hadn't seen it, my sis did though.
i have giving Tanaga Durmayacin in the water, but she still has a runny nose. what do i do?

She may need a stronger antibiotic. Where is the rash?
