something went wrong out of 6 eggs 2'live babies 4 days later the hen opened a egg baby lived 2 hours today she opened and ate one and the other died in shell. I have 1 egg intact I took from the hen its bundled in clothes on a heating pad I dont know if I can save this baby. or why this happened. this is the first time with babies

Keep it warm and keep an eye on it keep it humid it will prop pull threw. hank in there keep posting.

I think first of all you should make sure there is a live chick in that egg... Candle the egg and/or hold it against your ear and tap it with your fingernail. Listen for a response from the chick. How do I keep the egg humid? itsin between a towel with heating pad on the bottomI

You could wrap it in a damp tissue paper/towel. Any sign of life yet?
