This color has at least 3 different names !
- violetta's .
- Sonja's Violeta .
- violetta.
It's not very serious!
The optimal time to take a pic of the plumage is spring! In the neck there are two colors?

To me they are just Violet, be as fancy as you want, they are still violet.

This bird is Purple, if it was Violet it would have a gold shield and gold rings around the eyes.

One is purple ... the other is violet !
Only the wings are the same!

Not so Dany. Violet has a gold shield, Purple has a purple shield. Violet has a gold ring on the eyes, Purple does not. Violet Black Shoulder has black wings, Purple has ruddy brown wings.
