If the white one mumbles and doesn't have a loud quack it may be a boy. My drake doesn't have a curly feather yet, and is about the same age as yours.

Oooh Julie... i hope your right..

the way the white one acts.... i wanna say male.. and he/she never quacks like the female runner..

i think i might just leave the nest alone.. wait the 28days and hope for the best..

Thank you all so much!!

Is the bill green or is it black? I would THINK that at 7 months old, if it were a male, it would have a drake feather by now??????
Oh and they are SO precious!

Nice ducks. I don't think the white is a Pekin because they have orange or yellow bills, plus the duck's shape is not right. I'm not sure what breed he/she is, but there are some light colored breeds that have dark bills like that, such as female Welsh Harlequins.

Where do you live? I have some beautiful drakes I need to rehome. I would gladly give you one if you are near me. I'm in Texas.

When I first saw the white duck I immediately thought Welsh Harlequin female because of the beak color and her head shape. The duck also has a sort of WH body type.

The delicacy of the face, the sort of short neck, and the tail's relation to the neck and the delicate white color looks like a Call to me, too.

I vote Call x Welsh Harlequin... But, I have no real KNOWLEDGE. Just a hunch.

The duck is VERY pretty. I had to edit the post because I kept referring to the duck as a "she".
