Ok, I can FINALLY get online!!! Had to take the kids skating then my internet went out...ack!!!

Ok, here's the deal! I finally got in touch with the landlord late this afternoon, she's had sinus problems today and took a sick day. BUT.....









All she needs to do is to talk to our current landlords who absolutely love us and we feel the same way about them, and to do a drive by to check out our house here to see how we keep it outside,(I don't blame them for that, there is SO much garbage in the barn and storage areas I can see why she'd want to know about that and our house and yard are spotless) and then by this weekend after talking to her dh, it is OURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm actually feeling a bit light headed with shock. Wow this is really going to happen!!!!!!

Dh worked out the garden space. It's roughly 12,000 sq ft.

I think we're going to need tractor plowing, lol!!
I cannot believe it!!! And we can go over to her Mom's place to fish with permission at the pond next door! My godson is going to be so happy about that and so will the kiddos! We're going to fish out some of the big bass that are eating up the starter fish so that the pond can get a good mix in there and we;ll help with that.

Oh my....so many plans!!!

Schellie I understand that all too well.

I've been living but not really fully living here in the suburbs at all. It's miserable feeling like you don't belong. And that's where we've been since we moved here.
I love my landlords, they are completely fantastic and even talking to them today, everything is good. She's nervous about renting to another family even though she said it was ok to do so and as long as we do the clean up, we get the deposit back. I think that's fair.

This is all going to work out., I just know it.
