The APA updates the Standard of Perfection every five or so years to add newly accepted breeds and varieties, when this occurs the previous version is taken out of print. A 2010 version should still not sell for more than the original purchase price of $60 as they are still quite common. This is a scam by someone trying to take advantage of novice buyers. Go to the APA website and purchase the latest version for $60 or you can get the soft cover for considerably less. It is an excellent guide for the poultry breeder, just remember to follow the written text and not the artists' rendition of the Standard. The written text is the description of the perfect specimen.
