Does he have any other symptoms - coughing, sneezing, mucous?
Do you happen to know the cause of the sore eye - did he get into a fight, get pecked or poked in the eye?

Flush the eye with saline, you can make your own if you need to.
Mix 1teaspoon of salt per 1quart of water, boil for 15minutes. Let cool. You can save the excess in a sterile jar for up to 24hrs, then throw out and make new. Saline for eyes can also be purchased at WalMart or pharmacy like CVS.

Try to remove as much pus or gunk from the eye that you can. Apply an eye ointment like Terramycin, Vetericyn eye gel or you can use plain Neosporin if you can't get the others.

Repeat your flushing and ointment a few times a day, hopefully this will help his eye to heal.
It's hard to tell in photos, but is his ear slightly swollen too? It would be worth looking at that.

What antibiotic are you giving him, dosage too?
If he has mucous/is snotty, I would also look inside the beak just to make sure he doesn't have any plaques/canker.

Flush the eye several times a day if you can and get some eye ointment into the eye as well.
