I was out with my chickens and I noticed this sore on my chickens foot. Any idea what it is and what I should do? This is my first time dealing with something like this.

Bumblefoot which usually causes a scab on the bottom of the foot pad, can sometimes cause swelling on top of the foot between the toes.
 
Bumblefoot can be treated conservatively or with surgery to remove the pus. Since she is not limping I would probably soak her foot daily in warm Epsom salts water. Here is a good article on bumblefoot:

There are also methods such as using sugardine (betadine and sugar dressing, or Prid drawing salve dressings, changed daily.
