Sore on neck

one of my chickens is bleeding on its neck..not sure how that happened but I have a feeling the other chickens are pecking at it..and she very skinny?

If possible please post pics of your bird and the injured area. Also, provide info on: age of chicken, coop and run description including sizes, how many chickens/roosters, what are you feeding, is she eating, drinking, pooping, laying normally? Where are you located? Someone will provide help.
