One of my hens has a place on her shoulder. It is sometimes red. Few feathers are missing. I think the other hen might be pecking her when they are roosting. Should I put something on it or just leave it?

You might spray a little Blu-Kote on that spot after cleaning it up to protect it. Other birds see red and will likely continue to peck at it. Do you have a roo? Reason I ask is because it also could be a rough roo...just thinkin'

You can find Blu-Kote at any feed store...
