Glad she is doing better! I would watch to make sure she is drinking and eating. Even with a MHP they can get into trouble, you have to see that there are no gaps between your framing and the heating pad/covering - the stinkers will crawl in there some times too.

Yes as i learned. I moved it i probably should've known.
She seems okay, I've seen her eat eat and drink since.
Thank you, again. I've looked it over and i don't think they can get into any more trouble. I'm still worried about Ozzy. I've only had her two days but she doesn't seem like herself, normally she's super active and always trying to escape and now all she's doing is hiding and coming out to eat and drink, this is a sort of off description but it's like her spirit has been broken. And i just started thinking about internal injury there's probably nothing like that going on but now I'm thinking about it and it's stuck in my head. I want her to be like herself again i think it's a stretch but is there any way i can help her be herself again. I mean she'll probably be fine in a day or two but i feel bad because it's pretty much my fault she got stuck.

Okay then, I'm wondering if she could've sprained something in her legs because she can walk and she does but i don't think she wants too very much. I don't see what i could do for something like that anyway i just hope that if she is injured there's not permanent damage. Thank you again, you've been a big help.

This is precisely what happened to one of my chicks in my last hatch. She managed to get herself inside the heat pad cover and the frame of the the MHP set up and got stuck there all night. I woke to her screaming and got her out but she was miserable for a couple of days. Really important to make sure that they cannot get between anything which is why the idea of attaching the heat pad to the frame somehow so there are no gaps is essential. If your chick still is not behaving right, give her some nutri drench, straight, not diluted to give her a boost.

Oh, and frothy poop is not to worry about. Their digestive systems are figuring things out still. Get some grit in there for them and they will be fine.

Okay i need to get some it was on my list but too expensive for me to afford.
Ozzy can't stand again, i put her near the food and water but i don't know what to do, she's started fumbling around but she's not walking normal and she shakes when she takes a step. I think there might be something wrong with her joints she's acting like it hurts to bend them and she keeps falling asleep. I don't know what to do. She got better yesterday but now she's worse. I set her near the food and water and I'm going to go get nutri drench now.

No i don't, her legs aren't splayed. I just got back and she's lying a few inches from where i left her, she's breathing but she doesn't open her eyes when i talk to her or pick her up she seems pretty lethargic, i set her back near the water and i am about to give her nutri drench. what else can i do?

Is she able to get under the heating pad? Do you think she might be cold?
Any distress peeping? Has she pooped?

Poultry nutri drench, a clump of sod from an untreated lawn and fermented feed will help them get their gut flora established quickly. Exactly how is a reptile tank designed for good ventilation? It looks like a standard glass aquarium. These would be even more dangerous than a rubbermaid tote in terms of trapping heat. I also recommend that you ditch that reptile tank. It's too small. give them a nice big cardboard box.
