Sort of remodeling my coop? Need input.

You want to put in a thick layer of dry organic material and then improve your ventilation so that it stays dry and thus dehydrates the poop rapidly.

If you can't add lots of bedding and more ventilation then you're going to have to clean more often.

I've been using the wood shavings to cover it as best I can but I wanted to get rid the plastic stuff as it freying was driving me nuts and it made cleaning the poop out of the shavings a pain.
Should I just put the chicken feed bags on the bottom for now? I was going to duck tape them together and make sure they are pretty high up against the wall to protect from duck poop.

In my only coop with a floor I use Deep Bedding over the bare plywood: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/using-deep-bedding-in-a-small-coop.76343/

But many people do put something like sheet vinyl down or use floor paint.

Wet cleaning could just make the problem worse because the same poor airflow that allowed the coop to stay damp and grow mold in the first place won't let it dry out after cleaning.

I thought so, and that's why I was asking I wanted to find out whether or not it would be a good idea to use the vinegar water stuff.

It should be fine to put the feed bags on it for now though right? I will make sure I get as much of the poop out, as possible before putting the bags in.
And I will keep the nest door and vents open and I will let the floor stay uncovered for as long as possible today so it can air out even more before the chicken feed bags are put in.

Personally, I wouldn't put plastic down because it traps moisture that encourages mold and will eventually rot the wood of the floor.

I don't think deep bedding will work very well and the ducks would ruin it real fast, I want the chicken feed bags to protect the wood from the duck poop until I have something better but maybe they won't be needed.
I could maybe take the chicken feed bags out everyday for a few hours to let everything have air, if I put the chicken feed bags in.

I think I can try doing the deep bedding but I am pretty sure most of it will get pushed out in a day or two.

I put wood shavings in, and didn't worry about doing anything with chicken feed bags.
I made sure I swept as much dust and poop out of the coop before putting the bedding in.

This is the bedding before I fluffed it today, I fluff it every day and take put as much poop as I can.

This is the bedding after I fluffed it and added some more wood shavings.

This seems to be working really well, I still have two of the ducks in a separate thing at night.
Three days ago my brothers two guinea keets have been allowed to sleep in this coop (their outgrowing their tub in the house) hopefully they'll have their own coop soon
The chickens and ducks and guineas all seem to get along well, so I don't think it's much of a problem if they don't get a coop for some time.

Yay!! We got a new coop today! Tomorrow we should have it setup where it needs to be and then I can work on cleaning it (Im not looking forward to that part) it's fairly clean so. It also has a run too.

We won't be able to get the coop unloaded until my dad has a day off of work. i still don't know exactly where to put it either it should also be painted again so it's protected from the elements better, I'm thinking it might need more ventilation then it has already.
My dad was mentioning he wants to get some outdoor indoor primer for the coop so we can prime the inside and the outside possibly well most likely do the outside of the new coop.
We bought it for 100 dollars from the previous owner of it and it really heavy so that's another reason we might not get it unloaded as soon as I was hoping as we have to some more of my brothers to come out and help or something.

I'll get some pictures of it today.

And this month I think this door on the coop that I made this thread mostly about is starting to come pull apart from the 2×4 that it's attached to.
