You are going to be the best judge if she is too damaged to survive. Chicken’s vents can be damaged beyond repair, meaning they will have trouble pooping, passing urates, and egg laying. If her abdominal cavity is open, she will die of infection. If a vet is possible, they might be able to help or euthanize her. Beware of the dog coming back for you other birds, so I would secure them in the coop and run. Very sorry that you are dealing with this injury.
