So it looks like it wasnt that the skin from the tail was just cut and so it is drooping down she can still poop and everything it's like her pooper is just fallen

I would also recommend keeping the wound clean, make sure she doesn't try to clean it her self that could cause more damage

I agree. Now that you mention it, I do see the vent. This hen may surprise up. OP, wait until your fiancé' gets home, and more experience members respond. Chickens are very resilient.
