Not sure wether to advise syringing fluids, or waiting until she takes them herself, we'll see what others suggest.

That looks much better than the original photos. I think this is treatable.

I have been cleaning it with saline solution actually sorry my family always calls it salt waterThat looks much better than the original photos. I think this is treatable.
To clean, use a spray bottle to clean with Chlorhexadine, Betadine, or a homemade saline solution.
Use 1 quart (4 cups) of distilled water, or boil 1 quart of tap water for 5 minutes. Do not use well water or sea water. Add 2 teaspoons of table salt. Mix the water and salt well until the salt is completely dissolved.
Rinse the wound with one of the above, and apply a thick layer of Neosporin to the outside of the wound. Try to avoid getting any inside the wound, since it looked like it may be deep. Trim excess feathers away from the area, and clean twice daily.
No problem! Thats good, sounds like your on the right track.I have been cleaning it with saline solution actually sorry my family always calls it salt water
In one of OPs comments she says her hen is poopingHow is she doing now?
Can she poop?
Keep her warm and offer some warmed sugar water or electrolytes to help with shock.
I'm still trying to figure out the photos of what is intact and what is not....
Agreed. And? I saw a Sicilian Buttercup in a nestbox yesterday and when she got out there was a green egg. Did she lay it? No, the Mars Bar hen did and the Buttercup was just in there playing around. Unless she saw the turkey with her vent pressed to the fence letting the dog stick its paw in her (which is the most ridiculous thing I think I've forced myself to imagine this morning) I do not for one second believe that a dog did that and didn't kill it.
