Sos dog attacked. Torn butt

That looks much better than the original photos. I think this is treatable. :)
To clean, use a spray bottle to clean with Chlorhexadine, Betadine, or a homemade saline solution.
Use 1 quart (4 cups) of distilled water, or boil 1 quart of tap water for 5 minutes. Do not use well water or sea water. Add 2 teaspoons of table salt. Mix the water and salt well until the salt is completely dissolved.

Rinse the wound with one of the above, and apply a thick layer of Neosporin to the outside of the wound. Try to avoid getting any inside the wound, since it looked like it may be deep. Trim excess feathers away from the area, and clean twice daily.

I have been cleaning it with saline solution actually sorry my family always calls it salt water

I am by no means an expert on poultry wounds of this nature or well I'll hush, but I'd put the bird down. That does not look like a dog attack, especially not "with its paw through a fence". It does look like cannibalism or that a raccoon, opossum, or rat began eating the bird while it was alive at the vent where they are most likely to start. *shudders*

And? I saw a Sicilian Buttercup in a nestbox yesterday and when she got out there was a green egg. Did she lay it? No, the Mars Bar hen did and the Buttercup was just in there playing around. Unless she saw the turkey with her vent pressed to the fence letting the dog stick its paw in her (which is the most ridiculous thing I think I've forced myself to imagine this morning) I do not for one second believe that a dog did that and didn't kill it.

Agreed.
