Best I can do cleaning it currently trying to figure out if she can survive this before I put her in a salt bath dont want to cause her more pain.

I'm sorry, but that is really really bad. I would honestly just end her suffering. I'm all for saving animals if possible but that is unfixable. If she survives the first two days, which would be horribly stressful and painful, after losing all of that blood, she'll get infected and die a terrible death from that.
It's just a bad situation. I'm sorry.

What makes you think it was not a dog attack? Hens can be harsh, but not like this unless the birds has already died, they are starving, or the bird is dying. I do not think the other hens caused this.

I had worst I have 17 hens and one got pecked to the point where I can see her intestines and have 2 inch hole just like your picture, I was going to cull it because I do not know what else to do but my mom told me to give her a quiet room, give her high protein feed or cooked salmon every other day, and give her a week or two. The wound heal but her left leg was paralysed so she had to be in the chicken hospital for a month but never recovered. I culled her at the end, but experiences are priceless so next time an injury this magnitude repeats again it is inexpensive to cull the chicken.

Not really the salt water stopped any bleeding now it's just a drop or 2 here and there

The vent hasn't been removed. It's there, but not where it should be.

This wound is severe enough that I also recommend putting her down. This is beyond some triple antibiotic ointment and antibiotics.

If she is no longer bleeding, maybe it just looks worse than what it is. Let's wait for the seasoned experts to respond.

Ok! Can you take a warm rag and clean her off a bit more and get better pictures?

I posted another picture however I plan on putting here in a salt bath to clean it better if there is hope for survival

No she isn't
