Sour crop and treatment?

Hello, I’m going to try this with my chicken but I have a question. Should I be feeding her and giving her water while she is on the Miconazole? Should she be isolated?

Always make water available. I make feed available too.
I don't separate my birds when treating them unless they are getting attacked or picked at. I just go out and pull them aside for a few minutes to treat them.
