Sour crop--are we out of the woods?

My 2-year old Red Star hen, Pee Wee Reese, has had what I'm pretty sure is sour crop (bloated, squishy crop; lethargic; liquid poo; not eating). I followed as much of Threehorses's advice as I could for the last two days (can't afford the vet), and today Pee Wee seemed much better. She ate an entire boiled egg yolk, her crop felt pretty normal, she wasn't nearly as lethargic, and I saw her "deliver" two totally normal poos.

I'm wondering about follow up to avoid a relapse (and about whether the normal poos actually signal an end to the problem). I gave her a tiny bit of olive oil via a needle-less syringe, and I treated her with probiotics in applesauce (bifidiobacillis and acidophilis as per Threehorses's advice), massaged her crop downwards (didn't tip her), and kept my fingers crossed. I figure I'll follow up with plain yogurt and more probiotic powder and keep her off grass for the next few days.

Is that right? Is it enough?

Thanks--
