Sour Crop? How do you treat it?

In addition...keep an eye out for the scratching of the ear area...she may have mites in that area... if neurological symptoms develop in addition to the scratching or if you see any exudate coming from the ear area (or matting) then please repost that here...
 
Rosie died sometime early this morning. Gosh darn.

I have the impression that chickens are usually quite robust - but when illiness strikes they can go downhill so fast.

I'm so sorry, that's rough. :aww It's always hard to lose one and that disease it very frustrating. At least you tried to help, that's alot more than most people would do.
