You would treat with the cream twice a day for 7 days.

You may be able to clear the crop in a couple of days, but continue with treatment for the full 7 days.
Some crop issues can be hard to resolve, it depends on what's causing it to slow to begin with.
Does she lay eggs, any issues with laying eggs? Can you get a fecal float to see if worms might be a problem?
Never had a problem with eggs, she is feeling a little bit better, walking around with her sisters. She doesn’t lay every day, and she is an Australorp, if that helps.

It does sound like she has sour crop. As @Wyorp Rock suggested, begin with the vaginal cream. I just buy the seven day cream and don't mess with the suppositories. I take the tube, pry open the beak and squirt a bunch into the mouth, sort of like squirting whipped cream into your mouth. Yum! The chicken doesn't mind as it tastes neutral.

Do this again in the afternoon. It's important to do it twice a day, or three in serious cases, for seven days.

You can leave her with her flock. You do not need to worry about withholding food. She will regulate herself. Just don't give her carbs like bread or corn bread, stuff like that.

The Cisapride the vet gave you stimulated her digestive tract. If things don't move after a couple days on the miconazole, a molasses flush would do the same thing as Cisapride.
Ok! Thanks for the tips.

I felt it, and it seemed to not be as big as it was this morning! Should I still treat is as sour crop? It is still squishy.

Miconazole is pretty benign. Sort of like Corid. In either case, it's harmless to do the treatment even if you're uncertain what you're treating. If anything, it will rule out sour crop if it fails to work. Then we go on to the next treatment for impacted crop.
That’s great! So If it is sour crop, great we treated it. If not then no biggie.

Alright! I gave her the cream, she was hunched up for a minute, but started preening soon after. Could being hunched up be a sign of coccidiosis? I want to get your opinion. Also, as soon as she was out of the coop, I felt her crop. It felt much smaller then yesterday, but still squishy.
