Sour crop, red wine, what am I doing?!

I can't really say if she is drinking constantly, but she is drinking much more than she eats. When I let her out in the run she started pecking get around so I let her have some crumbles. At that point I decided to let her have some crickets in hopes that she would walk around a bit and get things moving. I tried sniffing her breath, and while I don't think it smells great it wasn't horribly bad. I'm going to get some duramycin tomorrow and give that a go. Also, after being outside and eating her crop became nice and firm feeling I'm curious what it will be like in the morning
Sounds like she is doing alright, judging by her behaviour. It'd be interesting to see what happens with her crop tomorrow.
This is an article on egg peritonitis, if you truly believe that is what is causing the watery crop, diarrea and swollen abdomen:

She is scary thin, and very weak, even though going outside seemed to perk her up a tad, she fell over a few times, and wasn't very speedy, but I kind of felt like if she was doing so badly some sunshine and a treat would be kind at the very least, and would hopefully give her a boost. She was in too crowded conditions before, eating mostly corn, with no oyster shell or other source of calcium available. She was also eating WAY too much corn. I hope she can make it through the night, and I am not too late in getting her some antibiotics.

it is not the best picture but you might be able to see just how emaciated she is. That white line is the breastbone, which has ZERO meat on it. She is the thinnest of the bunch, but they are all way too thin

Perhaps you could add crushed garlic to the water tonight, garlic boosts the immune system of a hen. Judging by the conditions she was in, the skinniness might not be linked to her condition. If she was only fed corn she will be lacking many important minerals but protein and calcium are of the greatest concern. I am stuch half way between egg peritonitis and sour crop but if the crop is better in the morning I wouldn't jump to saying it's sour crop. Maybe you could compare her abdomen to the other hens to see if hers is abnormally large.
