Sour crop?

First, you should separate the chickens away from the others. Then, figure out what might be the problem and the symptoms. If you're concerned that it's sour crop, feel the Brest of the chickens and ( sounds gross ) smell the chicks breath to find out if there's something going on. Is the Brest of the chick more firm or soft? Do you have any pictures of the chicken and their set up? What do they eat? Hope I can help!

Is is soft and liquidy, they have pine shavings food and water plus grass available

Sound like sour crop. Separate the chicken from the others and don't feed or water them for 12 hrs and massage her crop. After 12 hrs, give her some clean water to drink, but no food. If her crop seems empty after the fasting period, give her some scrambled eggs and her pellets. For the frost day or two, feed her small meals throughout the day, at least 3-4 times. Give her plenty of fresh water, just water. That should help.. if more goes on or doesn't seem right, you might have to find out what's going on or take her to a vet. Hope that helps!
